Have no fear, these things happen! After a Launch has successfully fired, we'll send you an email to give you a quick status update. Shortly after, we'll attempt to collect payment for the amount due. Should that collection process fail, we'll send you another email to let you know the status of your payment. If you were a little short on funds, this will give you an opportunity to cover the amount before we attempt to charge your card again in 24 hours. If we're still having trouble after the second attempt, your order will be cancelled.
